TITLE: Arch 55 Tropical Design - THE TROPICAL HOUSE

DESIGNERS:  Fatima Casimiro and Lance Monfort

DESCRIPTION: A tropical house design that aims to lessen the impact of the sun, wind patterns and other natural forces from disrupting our way of living.

This project aims is a combination of both tropical concepts in architecture and landscape architecture. Several concepts like plant soil erosion, soil rehabilitation processes, soil manipulation, integration of sun shading devices like louvers, sun decks, wind tunnel and house on stilts are some of the integrated concepts.
